Slab and Plank Bridge

I usually build bridges with planks and keep them flat to the ground, with no elevation.
Then, after reading the news about Minecraft Dungeons 2, I noticed a bridge in one of the screenshots. It had a slight elevation, and I thought it looked nice.
So I tried comparing it to the flat, zero-elevation plank bridge.
Yeah, it certainly looks better, even if it's just a little. It's almost like a carpenter laid a large wooden board across the river.
It's definitely better than having zero elevation.
